Klarity® EZ™

Thermoplastic Splinting Material

Klarity EZ™ is strong and easy to use.  It is highly resistant to stretch, but with excellent conformability. Slightly tacky when warm, EZ™ will stay in place for difficult contours...ideal for clients who are unable to cooperate.  EZ™ splints have high rigidity and smooth self-sealing edges. EZ™ is not coated and can be welded to itself when heated by pressing and rubbing two surfaces together.

Applications: Large and small splints, Upper and lower extremity splints

Best heated in water bath at 150° -160°F (65°-70°C)
